Version 1.1 | Effective from 17 September 2026 · Replaces version 1.0 of 13 March 2026.
.1. These Terms govern the use of the AutoJus — AI Legal Ops Console platform ("Platform"), operated by F2W Brasil Ltda., CNPJ 60.943.300/0001-36 ("AutoJus"), by the law firm or legal professional that contracts it ("User"). 1.2. The Platform is a legal-operations console with AI agents that research, analyse, draft and review under the User's supervision, using the User's own API key and account with the AI providers. 1.3. The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the Privacy Policy form part of these Terms.
.1. The Platform is a support tool. No generated content replaces the analysis, judgement and professional responsibility of the lawyer. 2.2. Human exit gate. The Platform produces research, analyses and drafts and does not, by itself, file with court systems, send to clients or third parties, or sign documents. Such acts depend on human action by the User, outside the Platform. The Platform's agent has no tool to perform them. 2.3. The User must fully review any generated content before using it. 2.4. AUTOJUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING ERRORS, OMISSIONS, INACCURACIES, NON-EXISTENT CITATIONS OR MODEL HALLUCINATIONS, NOR FOR DECISIONS TAKEN ON THE BASIS OF SUCH CONTENT — without prejudice to the security and data-processing obligations undertaken in the DPA. 2.5. AutoJus's total liability, on any ground, is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event.
.1. The User is responsible for supplying its own API keys for the AI providers it chooses (among those supported by the Platform) and for complying with each provider's terms. 3.2. The contract with the AI provider is the User's. Processing region, retention and data use by the provider are set by the User on the User's account. AutoJus does not commercially intermediate that consumption nor charge a margin on it. 3.3. Keys are encrypted at rest and decrypted only in memory at execution time (DPA, clause 3.5). 3.4. AutoJus does not use matter content, documents, prompts or outputs to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models (DPA, clause 3.3).
.1. Use the Platform in compliance with the law, the applicable rules of professional conduct and these Terms. 4.2. Ensure a lawful basis for the personal data it inputs into the Platform. 4.3. Keep access credentials and API keys confidential. 4.4. Manage the users and roles of its workspace. 4.5. Not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to circumvent its security mechanisms or to access other users' data.
.1. The User owns the documents it produces using the Platform and the content it inputs. 5.2. AutoJus owns the Platform, its code, trademarks and own materials. Skills created by the User belong to the User; skills supplied by AutoJus are licensed for use on the Platform.
.1. The prices in force are those published at autojus.com on the date of contracting, in the language and currency displayed there. Price changes do not affect contracts in progress until renewal. 6.2. Payment for the Platform is made to AutoJus via Stripe. AI consumption is paid by the User directly to the providers, on the User's account. 6.3. The trial period, where offered, is free and requires no card; at its end, the account continues only if the User subscribes to a plan.
.1. The User may close its account at any time. Amounts paid for a period already begun are not refunded, unless the law provides otherwise. 7.2. AutoJus may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, on notice, save in urgent cases. 7.3. Full export. Before or after termination, the User may request a full export of its files, skills and history, in open formats, at no cost, delivered within 30 days (DPA, clause 11.2). 7.4. Deletion. After termination, data is deleted within 90 days, with e-mail confirmation, save for legal retention obligations (DPA, clause 11.3).
.1. AutoJus will use reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and may carry out scheduled maintenance with prior notice where possible. 8.2. The Platform depends on third-party services (infrastructure and the AI providers contracted by the User); their unavailability is not attributable to AutoJus.
.1. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. 9.2. The parties elect the courts of the District of Florianópolis/SC, Brazil. For Users in the EU/EEA, the Standard Contractual Clauses additionally apply where executed (DPA, clause 7.4).
